Digital Service Delivery

  • All our services, including website design, app development, Facebook campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital marketing services, are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved.
  • Upon completion of your service, deliverables will be provided via email or through a designated digital platform agreed upon during the project commencement, or once your service has been completed, that means it’s been delivered, and you have received it.
Revisions and Adjustments

1. Revision Policy

  • We prioritize customer satisfaction and offer revisions and adjustments as the first solution before considering any refunds.
  • Each service comes with a specific number of revisions and adjustments, as detailed in the project agreement. This allows us to make necessary changes to meet your expectations.

2. Additional Revisions

  • If additional revisions beyond the agreed number are required, they may incur extra charges. We will discuss and agree upon these costs before proceeding.

  • Refunds are considered only if the service delivered does not match the description agreed upon in the initial package or order.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must provide clear, undeniable evidence that the service provided did not meet the agreed specifications.

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at info@foodwebdesigns.com with your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting evidence.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 10-15 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only part of the service has been completed or delivered, and if there are significant, unresolvable issues.
  • If there are basic costs involved in the service, such as purchasing a domain name or hosting, these costs will be deducted from the refund. We will negotiate these details if necessary.
